Job Role: Financial Risk and Regulatory Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Risk and Regulatory Business Analyst to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective risk systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks;
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory matters and develop policies to minimize risk exposure;
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement effective controls and procedures;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry with at least 3-5 years' experience in KYC, AML, & Fraud;
  • Hands-on working experience in various risk systems and processes;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize work effectively to meet tight deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently and have multitasking skills;

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
