We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as WHS Officers, providing a range of Work Health and Safety (WHS) services across Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG).
**Job Summary:**
- Provide expert advice on WHS governance and assurance activities.
- Develop and implement effective WHS strategies and plans.
- Conduct workplace inspections and audits to identify hazards and provide recommendations for control measures.
- Coordinate training and education programs for NSSG personnel.
**Key Requirements:**
- Minimum three years' full-time industrial or equivalent WHS experience.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
