Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the delivery of our Community Vision in the Senior School. As Head of Community, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a sense of belonging, empowerment, and care amongst students, staff, and parents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the holistic growth of students. This includes supporting the rich integration of quality restorative practices to promote a connected and supportive College community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and motivation
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive school-wide initiatives and policies
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and interventions
