Job Description

We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Club Wyndham Mission Beach. As a key member of the Reception desk, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the front office.

Your primary duties will include greeting and registering owners and guests in a friendly and efficient manner. You will also provide information about local area attractions and services, administer tasks, and manage any guest issues that may arise.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level.
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems.
