We're seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Reception desk, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Your responsibilities will include greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local attractions, administering tasks, and managing any guest issues that may arise.

You will also be responsible for building, developing, training, and leading a team to promote high levels of customer service.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level (3 years is desirable)
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems, Opera preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and active listening
  • Detail-focused with an organized approach and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude, vibrant, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications
