Job Title: Program Manager

GV Health seeks a seasoned Strategic Initiatives Leader to spearhead the implementation of key projects under our Health Strategic Plan. This new position will oversee the Strategy Realisation Office, providing tools and frameworks that empower teams to deliver results effectively.

The Role:

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a Strategy Realisation Office, implementing project management tools and frameworks to support strategy realisation projects across GV Health.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance performance measurement systems, connecting strategic goals with consumer and organisational outcomes.
  • Inform and influence strategic decision making, including high-level reporting to senior executives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic roles, with leadership experience in Strategy Realisation or similar functions.
  • Proven expertise in project management and EPMO methodologies, with strong capabilities in developing outcomes-based performance measures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
