About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Funding Officer to join our team at Arcare Glenhaven and Oatlands Residences. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the management and coordination of all activities and documentation relating to AN-ACC funding.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate AN-ACC assessments and complete resident documentation
- Identify opportunities for AN-ACC uplift and ensure accuracy and best practice
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and documentation
Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent documentation practice
- Great understanding of care planning, goal setting, and evaluation documentation
- Strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
