
Senior Building Maintenance Coordinator

This role is part of the facilities management functional area, focusing on all aspects of building operations and maintenance. As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee a team responsible for providing building services and managing facility equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of tenant and building services provided by our company in accordance with agreed service levels and costs.
- Delivery of scheduled and required equipment and systems maintenance for all assigned facilities.
- Technical management of all facility equipment and systems which could include: central plant, Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical distribution, fire safety, potable water, wastewater, plumbing etc. per operational procedures
- Analysis of operational data for trends/ opportunities to improve maintenance both planned and reactive resulting in optimum value.
- Ensure all corrective work orders, facilities requests and preventive task maintenance are being tracked and closed in our system on time.
- Compliance with all operational requirements including maintaining up-to-date records
- Development and implementation of technical solutions to operational problems.
- Maintains surveillance to ensure there is no interruption to the facilities.
- Ensures client needs and concerns are considered and addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain regular interaction with personnel to ensure good communications and service satisfaction, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Monitors expenditures and assists in preparing budget estimates for the area of responsibility.
- Delivery of maintenance projects for new and modified facilities if any
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experienced in the use of financial tools and processes for invoicing and purchase order raising.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain task focused
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
