Maintenance Coordinator

A maintenance manager is required to coordinate and schedule trades and services for efficient maintenance completion. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in supervision or management roles, advanced Microsoft Office skills, excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance schedules
- Schedule trades and services
- Manage a team of maintenance professionals
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
About the Role:
This senior role involves managing a nimble on-site and admin team as well as establishing/improving systems and efficiencies within the business. The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in a supervision or management role
- Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solutions orientated & ability to be hands on when required
