We are seeking an experienced Picking Lead to join our leadership team. This is a full-time position requiring strong organizational skills, patience, and diversity awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily picking operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee the preparation of daily work orders and estimates
  • Conduct regular stock control checks to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Provide guidance and support to picking staff
  • Develop and implement picking strategies to meet production targets
