Senior Project Lead

Rainstick is a venture-backed startup pioneering modern bioelectrics for agriculture and native restoration.

We are at a critical juncture, poised to scale our project over the next 3 years. To drive understanding, refinement, experimentation, and delivery of results, we seek a highly skilled individual to join our team as Senior Project Lead.

Responsibilities:
  • High degree of autonomy, reporting directly to the C-Suite
  • Review and adaptation of processes to align with requirements for each native plant species
  • Design and implementation of procedures related to seed priming, treatment, and quality control
  • Monthly project updates and progress reports
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in project and team management, with exceptional documentation and communication skills
