Synopsis

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the success of our bioelectric seed treatment project. This initiative aims to enhance establishment in native plants for mine restoration.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the understanding, refining, experimentation and delivery of results
  • Review and adapt processes to align with requirements for each native plant
  • Design and implement procedures related to priming, treating and QC seeds
  • Provide monthly project updates

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a high degree of autonomy and report directly to the C-Suite. You will be responsible for reviewing and adapting processes to align with requirements for each native plant, as well as designing and implementing procedures related to priming, treating and QC seeds. Monthly project updates will also be required.
