Job Summary

The Energy Efficiency Engineer will be responsible for design, engineering, commissioning, and delivery of customer projects within our Building Management Systems (BMS). The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality project engineering, commissioning, and documentation to Schneider Electric standards;
  • Offer technical support to the project team and associated technical support teams;
  • Plan, schedule, and budget projects effectively;
  • Ensure cost-effective and efficient system design;
  • Administer contracts, manage costs, and provide billings forecasts;
  • Work closely with customers, end-users, and other relevant parties to ensure project outcomes meet expectations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
  • Electrical License (preferred but not essential);
  • Experience in electrical fault-finding;
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and network architecture;
  • A track record of successful project delivery and driving effective engineering solutions;
  • Experience in commissioning BMS and working with HVAC contractors;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation, and access to our employee share plan and salary continuance insurance.
