Job Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Service Receptionist.

About the Role
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet guests and direct them appropriately
  • Assist potential clients with enquiries
  • Book vehicles in for service and recalls using ERA and Excel
  • Provide general administration support duties

Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
