Personalised Support Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support professional to deliver exceptional care in a group home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, and manual handling.
  • Support clients to build skills and become more independent by encouraging them to make their own choices and participate in their community.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients by providing emotional support and guidance.
  • Transport clients safely using our CPA minivan, if applicable.

Requirements:

  • Live locally in the Wallsend area.
  • Prior experience in disability support is highly regarded.
  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
