Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join our Community Care Team.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will empower clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

This includes scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, supporting daily activities, personal care, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.

You will provide care in accordance with individualised Care Plans and support community-based recreational and social activities, including transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Our team encourages creativity and enjoyment while contributing to our success.

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification is essential.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) is required.
  • A roadworthy and insured vehicle for work purposes is essential.
  • Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, is required.
  • The ability to pass relevant probity checks is necessary.
