Compassionate Home Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled caregiver to join our community care team. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes, empowering them to live independently and enhancing their overall quality of life.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care to clients in their homes, supporting their daily activities, personal needs, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other care providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and changing client needs.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or an equivalent qualification.
- Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle for work-related purposes.
- Experience working with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
