About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication administration.
  • Provide social support and transportation for customers to attend social activities, appointments, and events.
  • Offer domestic assistance, including light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Support customers in using aids and personal equipment.
  • Monitor the well-being of customers and report on their progress.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
  • Reliability and dependability.
  • The ability to build rapport and strong working relationships.
  • Comfort with technology, including mobile apps, for accessing rosters and recording customer notes.
What You Will Need to Succeed
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Proof of Vaccination (where required).
  • Current First Aid certificate/CPR.
  • Current Australian Drivers License.
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
  • Smart phone with internet access.
  • Working with Children Check (desired).
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (desired).
