Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled individuals to serve as Customer Service Experience Observers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for visiting retail outlets and providing detailed observations about customer experiences.

This role involves posing as a customer while making meticulous notes about your interactions with store staff. You will then complete an online survey about your experience, providing valuable insights into the service quality and overall shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent observational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication abilities. They should also have reliable access to the internet and be willing to travel to various locations.
