About the Role

Merivale is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Wine to join our senior group beverage team. Reporting directly to Dorianne Neimard, you will be responsible for the effective management of beverage across a portfolio of venues.

You will inspire and lead a team of high-performing Sommeliers, collaborate with the Restaurant Management team to deliver exceptional guest service, and drive revenue and cost results. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Group General Manager – Beverage, Franck Moreau MS.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in identifying gaps in management practices, developing and executing effective strategies, and driving tangible results across multiple product lines. You will set the standard for world-class service, share your wine knowledge with esteemed guests, and ensure their experience at Merivale is one they'll never forget.

  • Attract and lead beverage team including sourcing, recruiting, and induction
