Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to spearhead the expansion of our global retail footprint. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary executive to shape the future of our brand and drive business growth through strategic store openings and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive retail strategy, leveraging their expertise in multi-site network management, commercial performance, and team leadership. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver premium, experiential hubs that deepen relationships with existing customers and attract new ones.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in premium, design-led retail leadership, with a proven track record of scaling store networks across multiple geographies.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-site P&L management, delivering both brand elevation and commercial results.
  • Strong skillset in balancing location strategy, operational efficiency, and customer experience to drive profitability from day one.
  • Experience in site selection, lease negotiation, and fit-out project management.
  • Ability to build high-performing, customer-obsessed teams, from Area Managers to Store Managers.
  • Skilled in creating operational standards and retail KPIs that scale without compromising quality.
