**Who You Are**:

- A customer service superstar
- Demonstrated sales experience.
- Outstanding communication skills as well as a high standard of personal presentation.
- Experience working with KPIs.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours according to business needs/peak trade periods.
- A passion for the retail industry, customer service and cooking
