Director of Sales and Operations

About the Role

This critical leadership position will oversee the development and implementation of our retail strategy, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints. You'll be responsible for inspiring and mentoring a talented team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, sales growth, and business results.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retail strategy that drives growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver sales, KPIs, and unforgettable customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life in-store, online, and through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Elevate retail standards, product execution, and brand campaigns at every touchpoint.
  • Drive customer experience strategies that foster loyalty, engagement, and sales growth.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-site retail operations at a National Manager or equivalent level.
  • Natural leadership skills with a passion for inspiring and developing people, and building strong succession pipelines.
  • Strong commercial acumen - able to think strategically, manage budgets, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience driving operational excellence, from financial performance to stock and workforce management.
