Full-Time Retail Professional - Sydney Brand Centre

We are looking for a passionate Retail Professional to join the team at our adidas Sydney Brand Centre on a FULL-TIME basis.

Please note, as this is a full-time role, it is a 38-hour work week and requires availability to work both weekdays and weekends.

A Retail Professional at the Sydney Brand Centre is responsible for driving store net sales and enhancing the consumer experience within an adidas Halo store, achieving high productivity, and contributing to an active selling environment. A Halo store represents the pinnacle of adidas retail for consumers, relating to sales & customer service, operations, people, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and brand activations.

Purpose & Relevance for the Organisation:

  • Drive profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
  • Support store management by providing customers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals, thereby building brand equity
  • Represent the adidas brand and products in an inspiring way, amplifying the brand with every decision and action, and inspiring consumer loyalty
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards at all times
  • Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards to build a world-class brand flagship store

Knowledge, Capabilities, and Experience:

  • Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven success record
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, with high performance standards
  • Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

Availability to work 38 hours per week, with flexibility across weekdays and weekends according to store hours.
