A Retail Professional at the Sydney Brand Centre is responsible for driving store net sales and enhancing the consumer experience within an adidas Halo store, achieving high productivity, and contributing to an active selling environment.
A Halo store represents the pinnacle of adidas retail for consumers, relating to sales & customer service, operations, people, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and brand activations.Purpose & Relevance for the Organisation:Drive profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targetsSupport store management by providing customers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals, thereby building brand equityRepresent the adidas brand and products in an inspiring way, amplifying the brand with every decision and action, and inspiring consumer loyaltyMaintain visual merchandising standards at all timesEnsure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards to build a world-class brand flagship storeKnowledge, Capabilities, and Experience:Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven success recordExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, with high performance standardsMotivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentWorking Hours:Availability to work 38 hours per week, with flexibility across weekdays and weekends according to store hours._______________________________________________________________________If you have a passion for sport and thrive in a team environment, this could be your opportunity.
