Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive safety program to promote a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace incidents, analysing root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Create and maintain safety plans, policies, and procedures that align with industry best practices.

- Provide expertise in workers' compensation processes, including case management and injury prevention strategies to support staff recovery and return to work.
