Real Estate Paralegal Role

About us:

We are a global law firm expanding rapidly in an increasingly globalized legal industry. Our real estate team operates at the forefront of the industry, working with market leading initiatives and technology both locally and internationally.

We advise on transactions, structuring management of property interests, sales, purchases and complex leasing. We have particular expertise in complex developments and titling, helping clients expedite the development process and effectively manage contractual and commercial risk.

We work on complex property deals for a mix of Australian and overseas landlords, tenants, owners and investors across many aspects of commercial property, including retail and office leasing, acquisitions, disposals of commercial property and property developments.

You will be exposed to challenging work across a mix of industrial, commercial development and residential development and sales work. You will work with experienced solicitors and managing associates, and with partners who are passionate about advancing your career development and progression.

The role is suited to an experienced conveyancing paralegal or licensed conveyancer with ambition. Your key responsibilities will include

  • Conducting research and drafting documents related to conveyancing and real estate matters
  • Assisting solicitors with transactional work, including preparing contracts and other documentation
  • Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
