Product Strategy Lead

This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance innovation with regulatory requirements, while fostering collaboration across departments to drive business objectives and enhance product effectiveness.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop operational plans for end-to-end product lifecycle management and drive operational objectives related to product health, financial targets, and customer growth and retention.
  • Analyze product performance and influence strategy definition for individual products and whole classes, including pricing strategies and governance frameworks.
About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management within an insurance or financial services organisation, preferably in commercial lines insurance.
  • Deep knowledge of insurance product structure and experience drafting insurance products.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy, design, governance, and pricing across multiple product classes and stakeholder groups.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
