About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team and contribute to the success of our restaurants. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing our teams, supporting the Restaurant Manager, and ensuring seamless restaurant operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure staff are equipped to succeed.
  • Supporting the Restaurant Manager in maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Optimising profit, driving costs down, and improving the customer experience.
  • Maintaining a positive culture and fostering a sense of community within the team.
