About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead teams, provide clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve delicious food while creating memorable customer experiences. You will leverage your strong business acumen to optimize profit, drive costs down, and maintain high standards while consistently improving the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your commercial expertise to develop strategies that drive sales growth, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional performance, focusing on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to inform business strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the Restaurant Manager, providing regular updates and insights on key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the wider Craveable Brands team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices across the organization.
