As a Surveillance Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor gaming, non-gaming, and cash-handling areas for compliance with legislation, internal policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor CCTV systems, reporting any technical issues promptly
  • Achieve accurate documentation of incidents, observations, and reviews using computerized log systems
  • Maintain strong knowledge of casino games, internal policies, and gaming regulations
  • Support the security control room as a backup controller when required
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Investigate suspicious activity, producing thorough and accurate reports
About You:
  • Experience with surveillance systems is preferred
  • Demonstrate high ethical standards and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Show flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Possess Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gaming Certificates
  • Able to obtain and maintain a NT Casino Operative License
