Service Position Overview:

We seek a skilled Service Engineer to provide high-quality service to our clients. The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining and upgrading various security systems, including EACS, CCTV, and Alarm systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day maintenance of Honeywell equipment and third-party devices
  • Maintenance and servicing of security systems
  • Pre-installation commissioning of security equipment
  • Configuration of security hardware and software
  • Diagnostics and repairs of security systems
  • Software installation and configuration of Honeywell EBI/DVM Systems
  • Medium-scale project installations involving collaboration with subcontractors
  • Financial management in accordance with established budgets and plans
  • Maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Team Leader

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Security Technician or Electrician, with customer-facing skills
  • Familiarity with electrical diagrams and electrical switching principles
  • Strong commitment to client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently without direct supervision
  • Ability to manage pressure
  • Strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
  • Able to obtain NV1 clearance
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to work a rotating roster and be on call when required
