About the Role

">Main Responsibilities">
  • Strategic planning: Work alongside the marketing team to design and implement event strategies that align with our business goals and brand.
  • Event management: Plan and execute events, including executive roundtables, customer peer groups, and solution-focused workshops.
  • Budget oversight: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality delivery.
  • Logistics coordination: Handle venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, AV setup, travel arrangements, and technical requirements.
  • Marketing and communication: Create event-related content, including invitations, promotional materials, and social media campaigns, in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • On-site operations: Lead on-site event execution, managing logistics, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
  • Post-event reporting: Evaluate event success, gather feedback, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for future improvements.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align event objectives with company goals.
