Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our financial advisor teams. Your expertise will help ensure our team members have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs that align with our company's core values of integrity, caring, and excellence
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on investment products, financial planning strategies, and sales techniques
- Facilitate workshops and seminars to promote continuous learning and professional development
- Collaborate with other training specialists to share best practices and drive strategic initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on new training methodologies and technologies to continuously improve our training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, training, or an advisory role
- Knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and investment operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Series 7, 63, 65/66 or the ability to obtain within 120 days
