About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer II to lead the design, development, and testing of complex reports and dashboards using various business intelligence tools. As a key member of our team, you will use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure that our systems are performing optimally and meet our high standards.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data ingestion and processing
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support the lines of business and key initiatives
  • Perform Ad Hoc data requests for business users and Executive management as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ Years of experience as a data engineer or in a related role
  • Strong understanding of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL
  • Strong knowledge of Cognos and Business Objects reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Preferred Skills:



  • Familiarity with commercial loan servicing data
  • Experience in building Tableau dashboards
