Product Development Lead

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for Bedding & Bath that align with the broader Product strategy
  • Drive sales, gross margin, and stock turn targets while building strong supplier partnerships and delivering winning product strategies
  • Research and identify new product and promotional opportunities to stay ahead of market trends
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive product range in line with style and trend plans
  • Analyse sales data to determine product needs, category performance, and markdown strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product development, buying, or merchandising
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fabrics and fibres, including emerging textile technologies, sustainability, and industry trends
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities across teams
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
