Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Team Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing service team.

The role involves day-to-day management of the service department, scheduling and assigning work, and communicating with customers to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery and meet productivity targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and developing staff
