Operations Manager Job

  • We are seeking a senior operations professional with experience in financial management, client relations, and team leadership.
About This Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and meet contractual requirements.

You will work closely with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain strong relationships throughout the operational cycle.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and meet contractual obligations;
  2. Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery;
  3. Provide regular financial and operational reporting to stakeholders, including key performance indicator (KPI) analysis;
  4. Collaborate with suppliers and clients to enhance product offerings, experiences, and partnerships;
  5. Maintain complete visibility of financial operations with the corporate team;
  6. Drive innovation and development of new initiatives across hospitality services.
