We are the largest injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation service providers in Tasmania, offering unique services to our local community.

This role is ideal for dynamic allied health professionals with a passion for injury management and workplace rehabilitation. We welcome applications from experienced individuals who can provide holistic, client-centred services within workplace rehabilitation, including Psychologists, Nurses, Rehab Counsellors, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists or Occupational Therapists.

You will enjoy variety, autonomy, and flexible working hours in this full-time or part-time position.

Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will use your clinical knowledge and allied health background to assist injured workers recover at work and achieve independence at home, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive workplace rehabilitation services, including:
    • Initial Needs Assessments
    • Workplace Assessments
    • Advice on job modifications
    • Rehabilitation Counselling/Vocational Assessments
    • ADL assessments
  • Conduct medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services
  • Support needs assessments
Requirements
  • Fully registered with relevant professional bodies
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude, taking pride in a job well-done
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
  • Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in wellness and work journeys
