Insurance Administration Support

Aon is looking for candidates with excellent administration skills who have a passion for client service and an interest in developing their insurance career.

In this role you will be providing support to a team of Insurance Professionals with varied portfolios.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

What the day will look like

Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to our client facing teams regarding client insurance/risk needs and documentation.
  • Engaging in communication with our internal and offshore teams via teams' chats, phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
  • Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, creating renewal reports.
  • Provide assistance to our offshore team by responding to queries and quality assessing work completed.
  • Attend team and other internal meetings to support delivery of work.
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service, high attention to detail and timely execution of work.
