Job Description
  • Strategically support Stripe's largest and most complex users, providing customized consultations and proactive opportunity identification.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure a seamless user experience across teams, providing current state resources and knowledge.
  • Foster loyalty to Stripe and its products, building strong, long-term relationships with users.
  • Work cross-functionally to provide operational solutions on various subjects, including fraud/disputes, declines, product adoption, and global expansion.
Qualifications
  • Minimally 3+ years of enterprise-level client-facing experience.
  • Mandarin speaking ability required, as you'll engage with complex China-based merchants.
  • Strong product sense and problem-solving skills to address difficult user-related challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to support regional customers.
  • Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a consultative and proactive manner.
  • Familiarity with APIs and comfort explaining API concepts to technical customers.
  • Familiarity with SQL and basic query-building skills.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience interfacing with technical teams.
  • Adept client relationship management skills.
