Project Manager - Lead Residential and Commercial Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile residential and commercial projects in Darwin. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee building work packages from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety standards.

  • You will be responsible for managing building work packages, including procuring materials and services, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Your tasks will include coordinating with subcontractors, reviewing project plans and schedules, and conducting site inspections to ensure that work is progressing as planned.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed knowledge of project requirements, drawings, scopes, and briefs, and for communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other team members.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing commercial projects and subcontractors.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
