About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to support older members of our community to maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide home help services including general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
  • Deliver personal care services including getting clients out of bed, assisting with medications, mobility, and therapy goals.
  • Provide social and emotional support, transport clients to lifestyle activities or appointments, and assist family carers to have a break.
