Job Title: Compassionate Caregiver

At Blue Care, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients living in residential homes.

About This Role

  • As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times, and general mobility support.
  • You will deliver care in accordance with individualised care plans and support clients with community-based recreational and social activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Assist with daily routines, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve meals, and assist with medication administration.

Requirements

  • Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
  • Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
