Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Media Team Lead to join our team at Elephant Room. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for driving innovation and implementing best-in-class strategies in paid social media.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media campaigns that drive results for our e-commerce clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including performance managers, creative teams, and measurement analysts, to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform campaign optimization and strategy development.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and platform updates across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other key platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Become the agency's leading expert on paid social media, driving thought leadership, innovation, and strategy development.
  2. Train and mentor internal teams on emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices across paid social media platforms.
  3. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of high-performance paid social media campaigns.
  4. Ensure best practices are applied to audience targeting, bid strategies, budget allocation, and creative performance.
  5. Work closely with the performance team to translate performance data into actionable recommendations and insights.
  6. Build, mentor, and manage an expanding team of paid social specialists while overseeing and delegating responsibilities effectively.
  7. Develop structured SOPs and training materials to standardize campaign management and execution.
