Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for families in need of guidance and assistance in arranging a funeral.

You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, arranging logistics, and providing exceptional support to families. Your commitment to delivering a great customer experience will be essential in helping us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all inbound calls from families, providing guidance and assistance in arranging a funeral.
  • Arrange logistics, including communication with government agencies, to ensure a smooth process for families.
  • Provide exceptional support to families, going above and beyond to ensure their experience is exceptional.
  • Contribute to the development of content and resources to support customers in their end-of-life planning journey.

  • A commitment to delivering a truly great customer experience.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically under pressure.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to work in Perth.
