We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing team and develop multi-channel brand and customer marketing strategies.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Create, execute, and improve data-driven marketing initiatives to optimise lead/sales generation, deliver on growth, and profitable outcomes.
  • Lead a team of 4 direct reports focused on improving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion throughout our customer journey.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business results and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to achieve marketing KPIs and broader business outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of innovative thinking and collaboration within the marketing team.
">Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in substantiated, data & insight-driven marketing management.
  • Experience in developing, supporting, and driving a team in diverse marketing capabilities and responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of digital brand awareness and campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Google Advertising, Salesforce Marketing, Tableau, and other key marketing platforms.
