Job Title:

  • Sales Ambassador

 

Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and promoting our product range across designated areas, achieving agreed sales growth and targets.

They will provide exceptional customer service, responding to all customer enquiries in a timely manner and represent our Company Brands in a positive and proactive manner.

The ideal candidate will also provide relevant ongoing product training to new and existing customers and develop innovative approaches to meet the needs of current and potential customers.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Building and promoting the Barossa Fine Foods brands across designated areas, achieving agreed sales growth and targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to all customer enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Representing our Company Brands in a positive and proactive manner.
  • Providing relevant ongoing product training to new and existing customers.
  • Developing innovative approaches to meet the needs of current and potential customers.
Requirements:

To achieve success in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a sales representative role, with FMCG experience desirable.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • High level of motivation and ability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise.
  • High level of literacy and comprehension skills.
