Technology Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic Technology Leader to advance our educational mission through thoughtful technology use.

This role will involve setting the vision for how technology supports academic excellence, improves collaboration, and streamlines operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology Strategy: Develop and implement an ICT strategy aligned with our educational objectives.
  • Tech Innovation: Research, recommend, and support emerging technologies to enhance teaching and administration.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of ICT professionals, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Ongoing Operations: Oversee day-to-day ICT operations, ensuring reliable and secure access to technology services.
  • Digital Literacy: Promote effective technology use by providing professional development, user guides, and ICT tools support.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in education or service-oriented environments.
  • Skills: Proven leadership skills, team management, and collaboration abilities.
