Financial Services Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to contribute to delivering high-quality services to our customers and communities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support foreign exchange management by executing and reporting on FX positions across the organization.
  • Assist with funding and liquidity operations, including broker account management, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Provide analytical and reporting support across financial functions, including credit risk assessment, compliance, and treasury management.
  • Undertake project work and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the financial department.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
  • You have an understanding of the foreign exchange market and some base-level experience in financial accounting or treasury.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Commerce—or have equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • You've likely come through a banking or financial accounting background.
  • You're confident with Excel (including macros and Power BI) and adaptable when working with financial management systems.
  • You're a self-starter who enjoys problem-solving, questioning processes, and suggesting improvements.
  • You manage your time well and can support multiple areas effectively.
